Safara Softair supports the following payment methods: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. For more details, consult the payment methods section.

2. Can I pay on delivery?

At Safara Softair, we accept payments on delivery. For this type of payment, there is a surcharge of €4.90 and a minimum order of €40. For more details, consult the payment methods section.

3. Can I pay in installments?

Certainly, you can choose to pay in 3 installments with Paypal's service. See the payment methods page.


Returns and refuns

1. Can I return a product?

The right of withdrawal, which can also be found in our Returns and Refunds section, indicates that if you should be dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your order no later than 7 days from the date of order delivery.

2. Is the return free?

Return and reshipment costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Products to be replaced will be exchanged for goods of equal value excluding shipping costs.


Shipments and Deliveries

1. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for amounts over €150.00, on purchases that contain at least three distinct products. For lower amounts, the cost varies depending on the weight of the goods. Consult the shipping methods page.

2. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 24/48 working hours and 48/72 working hours for the islands. For orders made by bank transfer, the delivery time may be longer as Safara Softair checks the receipt of the transfer before shipping. Consult the shipping methods page.

2. Is it necessary to register to purchase on Safara Softair?

Yes, registration is required to make purchases on Safara Softair. Creating a personal account not only gives you access to exclusive services but also streamlines the purchasing process by saving your information for future transactions, making your shopping experience faster and more personalized.

3. I am already registered on Safara Softair, how can I access my account?

At the top right, click the login button and use the credentials you have to access your account.

4. I lost the password to my account, how can I recover it?

If you don't remember the password to access your account, go to the login section at the top right, and click on “Forgot your password?” Enter the email with which you registered and the Captcha. Once the password is reset, wait for the email from Safara Softair to create a new access password for your account.
