Payment Methods

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro Credit Cards. This includes CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay card, Aura card and all others bearing the Mastercard, Visa, or American Express logo. Credit card details are managed directly by the Bank. The information entered in the order form is encrypted using 128-bit (SSL) encryption systems, preventing its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank. N.B. Choosing credit card payment does not allow shipping to a different address than that of the order holder and credit card owner, therefore instructions for delivery to different addresses will not be considered.

CARTASI 3D SECURE

The term 3D Secure conventionally defines the anti-fraud protection systems Verified by Visa and SecureCode MasterCard developed by the International Visa and MasterCard Networks. Activating anti-fraud protection ensures an extra layer of security for your online purchases, allowing you to prevent potential illicit use of your Card on the web and to avoid unwanted charges on your account. Even if you do not usually shop online, with the 3D Secure service registration, you will have a security guarantee for your Card and prevent your Card number from being used for web payments without your knowledge. Anti-fraud protection is a simple and free system for online shopping: you just need to choose a password to be used at the time of payment along with your credit card details. During the purchase, after entering the data requested by the merchant, a pop-up window will appear where you will enter the password, and the payment will be completed securely. Depending on the transaction's risk level, you will have a limited number of purchases on Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode certified sites without anti-fraud protection; subsequent payments will only be possible by activating the free anti-fraud protection.

Attention: The order holder must be the credit card owner. Products will be shipped to the order holder's address. Safara Softair reserves the right to request additional information and the submission by fax of documents proving the ownership of the used credit card. In the absence of the requested documentation, Safara Softair reserves the right not to accept the order.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system that involves opening an account with PayPal. Completing a purchase with this type of payment will display a PayPal site page where you will enter your personal email address and your PayPal account password, or access the process to create a new one. After registration, you can make payments via PayPal without re-entering your details, even for subsequent purchases. In the case of a purchase through PayPal payment mode, at the conclusion of the order, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount related to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Safara Softair, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
NB: From the year 2020, PayPal no longer refunds fees on refunded transactions, therefore on returned payments these fees will be withheld at the rate of 3% of the total paid.
Order cancellation is possible until the order has not been processed. The order status is clearly visible in the "My Purchases" area and is no longer cancellable if the indication "Order processed" appears. At no time during the purchase procedure is Safara Softair able to know the Customer's financial information. With no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data can be intercepted. No Safara Softair computer archive contains, nor retains, such data. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Bank Transfer

When paying by bank transfer, goods will be shipped only after the credit has been verified in our bank account. We recommend sending the bank statement via email to: info@safarasoftair.com so that we can reserve the merchandise in your name.

The reason for the bank transfer must indicate: the order number and/or the name and surname of the ordering party. Currently, in the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3/4 working days from the date of execution. If we do not receive payment within 15 days from the placement of the order, the order will be canceled.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure that the transfer is not classified as "Foreign"!
Inform your bank that San Marino adheres to ABI Italy, and therefore should be treated as an Italian bank transfer.
"Foreign" transfers will be rejected and not collected!

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery means payment exclusively in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Cash on delivery payment involves a surcharge on the total purchase price of 4.9 € and a minimum order of 40 €.
In case of cash on delivery orders exceeding 500€, we reserve the right to request an advance payment via bank transfer.
