These sales conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, govern the purchase contracts between seller and buyer regarding products marketed by Safara Softair S.r.l., located at Via IV Giugno 95, SERRAVALLE, Republic of San Marino.
ADHERENCE TO CONDITIONS
The customer, after placing an order and sending a confirmation email to our company, automatically orders the purchase of the selected products and commits to fulfilling their duties of collection and payment of the same. They also declare to have read and accepted all the regulations listed below including the conditions of collection, return, warranty which shall be considered valid until a new variation is duly communicated or written between the parties. Soft air artifacts such as pellet rifles and toy guns are freely available for sale to those over 16 years of age. Through registration and transcription of personal details, the customer commits to not providing false or misleading information, well knowing that this could lead to a legally relevant complaint. Safarasoftair srl therefore declines all responsibility in the case of provision of false data and reserves the right to make any possible complaint to the competent authorities.
PICK-UPS, DELIVERIES
Placing an order online on Safarasoftair.com is equivalent to reserving products in our warehouse, therefore the customer will commit to personally collecting them or through third parties at our location situated at Via IV Giugno 95,47899 Serravalle Republic of San Marino. Once we receive the order confirmation email, the contract is considered accepted by us, and we will begin the delivery phase. Safara Softair S.r.l. reserves the right to not accept the purchase proposal even at a later time without thereby intervening in penalties or additional duties. The collection of goods must be carried out by the customer or by third parties that they must appropriately indicate at the time of the order. Not indicating anyone, the customer directly assigns the BRT courier, using the collection costs as indicated in the SHIPPING COSTS on the website www.safarasoftair.com
ORDER PICK-UP AT HEADQUARTERS
The pick-up of orders at the headquarters by the customer can be done every day from Monday to Saturday: It is preferable in this case to make an appointment by phone to allow our staff to collect the items before delivery.
PICK-UP THROUGH COURIER
The pick-up through courier, which takes place at our headquarters on weekdays, is to be understood in the name and on behalf of the final customer who therefore commits to accepting the delivery costs as reported at the time of the order as well as to the control of the integrity of the packages upon the arrival of the goods at their home. The preparation of deliveries may suffer delays, also not due to our will, just as the arrival times will be subject without any of our responsibility to weather conditions, road traffic, any holidays, etc. During the delivery, the customer is required to verify: Number of packages, conformity of the packaging, integrity of the parcels. Any anomaly must be reported in writing before collection with a written application of CONTENT CHECK RESERVE, specifically stating the reason.
WARRANTIES
All products of Safara Softair S.r.l. are previously tested and checked both to verify their conformity to descriptions and to check their actual functioning. The marketed products are regulated by current international standards. Any complaints must be sent by registered mail to our headquarters located at Via IV Giugno 95 Serravalle, Rep of San Marino. Safara Softair S.r.l. offers its customers free assistance on manufacturing defects for the products purchased for 60 Days from the date of collection, the products must be sent and collected with shipping costs always borne by the customer to our headquarters, our technicians will take care of evaluating the defect and if it is not due to improper use they will proceed with the repair/replacement of the same. If the technician finds a defect not due to manufacturing, he will proceed, after communication to the customer, with the repair for a fee with the methods and costs that will be previously communicated. It is reminded that the batteries and battery chargers of low-cost rifles as well as the batteries of flashlights, lasers, etc, are freely inserted by the manufacturers therefore they are not covered by any type of warranty. After 60 days of free assistance, we will continue to support the customer with a paid assistance service... any modifications, repairs with times and costs will be freely estimated from case to case.
REPLACEMENTS
Requests for replacement of products not to the customer's liking must be sent to our headquarters within 7 days from the date of arrival and after verifying the integrity of both the product and the packaging. The costs of return and reshipment are always borne by the customer. The products to be replaced will be exchanged for goods of equal value excluding shipping costs.
PRIVACY
In accordance with current privacy legislation, the end user declares to be aware of and approve that the data provided are entered into the database of Safara Softair S.r.l. and can be used for commercial and or promotional purposes and for statistics through consultation, processing or comparison, and for the electronic sending of promotional material. The end user declares to authorize Safara Softair S.r.l. to communicate the data entered in the database to third parties provided that they are used for the same purposes. The interested party may, as regulated by current laws, request modifications, updates, integrations, and deletion of data without any burden.
DISPUTES
In case of disputes, the company reserves the right to access the competent judicial authorities located in the Republic of San Marino.
