TopMax CZ 9.00mm bushings – TMBC09CZ

Kit of 6 CNC machined bushings made from the full with zinc cementation treatment.
The hardening and zinc cementation treatments are performed to improve structural hardness, surface smoothness, corrosion and friction resistance.
The exterior and interior profile of the TopMax bushings has been designed to be in line with the walls of the GearBox.

CZ 9.00mm BUSHING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Rating diameter – 9.00mm,
External batting diameter – 10.00mm,
Hole diameter for gear shaft – 3.00mm,
Total bushing height – 2.15mm.

To install the TopMax bushings we recommend the use specific fixing glue TMCLLB, or Loctite 496.
We STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT force in place the bushings or use other ploys (see thermal expansion processes and similar), to avoid damage/breaks to the GearBox. Compatible with GearBox of mid/high-cost replicas such as VFC, G&G, ICS and similar.
