TopMax INOX 8,00mm A.L.P.H.A. EVO! bushings – TMBC08NX/A

The A.L.P.H.A. EVO! Kit is composed by 6 stainless steel bushings CNC machined from the full.
part of the EVO! line by TopMax Elaborazioni.
High surface smoothness, corrosion and friction resistance are key feature.
The A.L.P.H.A. EVO! kit consists of 3 standard bushings and 3 bushings with structural rise to be used on the lower plate of the GearBox.
The A.L.P.H.A. EVO! kit allows to minimize/cancel errors in the shimming phase and increases the contact surface between the gear shafts and the bushings themselves.
To complete the shimming phase, you will need to just insert compensating shims on the top-side plate of the GearBox.
Thanks to the rise made on the 3 lower-side plate bushings, the gear shafts will have a greater bearing surface on which to rotate, effectively improving the useful life of the gears and bushings seats (fundamental feature for all AEGs equipped with recoil systems or very hard springs).

Rating diameter – 8.00mm,
External batting diameter – 9.00mm,
Hole diameter for gear shaft – 3.00mm.

COMPATIBLE WITH: 

- SHS (and clones), G&G, VFC and Prometheus gear-sets.
- G&G, VFC, Lonex, LCT, E&L, G&P, King Arms and various Low-Costs GearBoxes (we STRONGLY RECOMMEND to bore the bushings seats before installing the A.L.P.H.A. EVO! kit or our standard bushings, to clean and prepare the bushings seats perfectly) of V2, V3 and compatible type.
For Krytac and G&G G2H GearBox is mandatory to bore the bushings seats in order to install aftermarket bushings or gear-sets.
- G&G, VFC, Tienly, Lonex, SHS, Element, Big Dragon, Action Army and Option N1 motors and pinions.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH:

-Standard Low-Costs gear-sets.

To install the TopMax bushings we recommend the use specific fixing glue TMCLLB or Loctite 496.
We STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT force in place the bushings or use other ploys (see thermal expansion processes and similar), to avoid damage/breaks to the GearBox. Compatible with GearBox of mid/high-cost replicas such as VFC, G&G, ICS and similar.
