TopMax Set of 3 lightening bits for bushings seats – TMKPNT3

Set of 3 lightening tips to be used before enlarging the bushing holes to reach the desired diameter, that needs to be
processed with the corrispondent complete reamer. We strongly recommends the use of those tips to widen the seats
of bushings to reduce the machining stress on the reamer.

The set contains:
- n°1 6,75mm lightening tip,
- n°1 7,75mm lightening tip,
- n°1 8,75mm lightening tip.
The lightening tips can be mounted on pillar drills, but it’s always recommended to not exceed 280 RPM to carry out a
safe operation. To avoid excessive overheating, we also recommend applying a few drops of mechanical oil on the affected
part and constantly clearing the seat from processing residues. The use of the Kit requires a bit of manual skills, so we recommend
